Please find attached an Appendix 7 Notice of Event Affecting Securities relating to the dividend payment to holders of perpetual preference shares in ASB Capital Limited on 15 February 2012. The dividend will be fully imputed and a supplementary dividend may be paid, with the exact amount being calculated at a later date after the record date.
