Charlies looking for a partner

So Charlies wanted to sell but not at the price players like Coca Cola Amital would have offered (see attachment below) them given the dire economic circumstances the globe is suffering from.

As I picked when they listed shareholders will have to stump up cash and I am picking they will get a majority shareholder to help them along.
