ASB Bank Preference Shares

ASB Pref shares B and A are a good buy at current prices. Interest rates are set to rise and so will these shares methinks...

I own a few and have since 2007 I think it is. They have been marked down from their dollar issue price because of the lower interest rate they are currently attracting.

They will rise in price as interest rates rise so now is an opportune time to buy. I wouldn't trade the share quickly though because they are only thinly traded on the NZX.
